Dear East Syracuse Minoa Education Foundation.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you so, incredibly much for your willingness to grant us the funding to support our very first musical theatre production.
The funds allowed us to purchase a brand new sound board, condenser microphones, cords, speakers and accessories. All of these tools will come in handy not only for this year but years to come.
I also want you to know that your funding played an important role in putting together a community-building event. We have parent volunteers to do student's hair, donate snacks, throw a cast party and not to mention helping donate costumes and props. Several staff members are involved in this project as well, and of course, there's 31 fourth and fifth graders participating in this performance. That's just over 1/3 of the entier 4th and 5th grade!
On behalf of the entire cast and crew, I thank you.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Samantha Darling

Dear Ed Foundation,
Our students love the Osmos that you granted us! They enrich and reinforce lessons. Students view them as a reward because they make learning fun. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Molly McGarry and Lori Mancuso
Thank you so much for funding the water bottle filling station. This will provide thousands of gallons of pure filtered water for our students, staff and visitors. It should also reduce the use of disposable plastic water bottles and increase awareness of this environmental issue. The students and staff are very excited to have one of these stations in the building.
Thank you again,
Sean McGlynn

Girls on the Run was a program to teach the girls a variety of skills during a training program to run a 5k. It inspired and motivated the girls to build confidence, be responsible for their actions, and to learn the importance of motivation and determination while running. We met 2 times a week for 10 weeks. Each session was a new lesson on a given topic, a social game and training for the 5k. During the 10 weeks , the girls also completed a community service Project. They made a special treat for the staff at ESE And thank you letters to members of the staff. At the end of the program, all the girls finished a 5k run. The girls were so proud of each other. This was a wonderful program.
