The East Syracuse Minoa Education Foundation (ESMEF) will be holding its Annual Dinner on
February 3, 2024. All proceeds from this fundraising event will benefit the East Syracuse Minoa Education
Foundation. To date, the foundation has funded over $300,000 in grants that are being used for a number of exciting and innovative programs.

Wall of Distinction ceremony is 5:30-6:30
Cocktail hour 6:30-7:30
Dinner 7:30-8:30
Band/Dancing 8:00-11:00
Raffle winners announced at 10:30

This year's Dinner Dance will include the ESM Wall of Distinction ceremony. The East Syracuse Minoa Education Foundation (ESMEF) sponsors the Wall of Distinction to recognize distinguished alumni, staff and community members of the ESM School District who serve as role models for today’s students and demonstrate the importance of making a contribution to our society, our community or their field of work. 

East Syracuse Minoa Education Foundation Wall of Distinction Inductees 2024:

The East Syracuse Minoa Education Foundation (ESMEF) is pleased to announce four alumni as the 2024 inductees for the ESM Wall of Distinction at a special ceremony on Feb. 3, 2023 at 6:00 PM prior to the Foundation’s dinner dance at the Doubletree Hotel. The East Syracuse Minoa Wall of Distinction inductees are:

  • Jason “Jay” Dardano (Class of 1994)
  • Michael Scheibel (Class of 1977)
  • Cheryl West (Director of Counseling, Youth Development and Leadership)
  • Todd Zion (Class of 1993).

The ESMEF Wall of Distinction was created to recognize distinguished alumni, staff and community members of the ESM School District who serve as role models for today’s students and demonstrate the importance of making a contribution to our society, our community or their field of work.
